Is this keg with holes in it suitable for a keggle?

Is this keg beyond repair for a keggle? hole in the top and bottom, looks like it spent the last few years on a building site

Looks ok if you can weld stainless or know someone who can. Just weld a patch over the hole

Could use as a bottom draining mash tun. Probably easier.

Certainly not beyond some sort of use, if you can bore out the bottom hole to take a drain, and whip off the top. The plaster and paint that it will inevitably be coaten in will scrub off no problem.

Probably stolen full, some intelligent gentleman used a pick axe to open it?
