Presuming I get my own brewday out of the way on saturday, I intend to finally make it to one of these. The F1 is on it's summer break.

I have the bones of a talk ready. It's a practical guide to water treatment. I'll print up some handouts beforehand to make things easier. I might also bring my laptop to demonstrate how to use a water treatment calculator.

which water calculator are you going to use.

I'll probably look at two or three different ones. Maybe Brau Kaisers', the EZ Water Treatment calculator and Graham Wheeler's more complicated one.

Good chance I won't make it this Sunday but sure u never know.
If I do it will be only for a brief hello and to make sure everyone is performing at their optimal levels of excellences

Is anyone attending the brewday going to the Hilden festival in two weeks time? I have a couple of conical's for a someone visiting the festival, would be great to get them a lift.

Guys -

I was going to do a braumeister brew of a Hefe Weizen - Probably be closer to 10:30 when I'm there - but I'll do my best.
I believe I have a few bottles of a batch we previously made - so I'll bring them too.
