Just a bump on this. Registration closes in 4 days, so get your final entries in before its too late. Also we still need a few judges, so head over to the north county thread and sign up.

Thanks Colm, I musr register!!

The entry form is here

http://bit.ly/1UIqnqQ

When you enter, you should get an e-mail with your entry number and also bottle labels to attach to your entries. These can be given in to your local club and will then find their way to the North County.

If you have any issues, just let us know.

Bumping this a entry system closes at midnight tonight!

Open to any paid up member of the NHC or Beoir.

2 x 500 ml plain bottles (crown or swing top). Only one entry allowed!
Entry Fee: €5 [Attatched to a label with elastic bands!]
Prizes: TBA

The beer can be any style and may be brewed with any Malt/yeast/adjuncts but must use GeBs Slovenian hops.
Bittering hops like Magnum, Northern Brewer may be used but must be disclosed on the entry form.

The competion is now BJCP registered and you must declare the style of beer you have made (following Bjcp 2015 style guides). Beers will be judged to style. And prolly there will have to be a BOS round.

If you didn't get hops for free then you may buy the Slovenian Hops from Geb if you want to. If you got them free then you may buy more from GeB.

The hops used should be declared but this information will not be passed onto the judges.

As these hops have been provided for free then a review during and soon after brewing will be appreciated by GeB and the NHC but is not a requirement to enter the competition

Comp. Date and Location: Old Boro, Swords [Sunday 29th]

Registration opens: is now Open !
Registration Closes: Sun 8th May
Drop points: You local club will act as drop point [Note: No walk-ins on the day!]
Drop offs Close: Sun 15th May

I will be contacting the local clubs early next week to sort out the collection logistics when I finally know who and where the entries are!

If I want to change the stated category for my entry, can I just change it on on the label?

Will_D

Would be best to pm Molc as well. But certainly highlight it on the label!

Oh yeah, change the label and I'll update the spreadsheet. Will be giving that to Will as he's master list for the entries.

We need some more judges!

This is Bjcp registered and we are looking for 3 or 4 more judges/stewards.

If you want a Bjcp judging point then please register on the NCB thread.

We can collect you from the Dart station, lunch is provided, and then there is the craft festival after!
