I got in touch by email and he's on for giving a talk. Turns out he's an "occasional" homebrewer. So, what are we thinking?
A talk to Rebel and East Cork Rebels? In town - Fran Well or somewhere? UCC might be an option too - maybe tie in with the Fermentation Soc there.

The Lee Valley lads might be interested too.

1. See if you can find rough dates/days that suit him.
2. Gauge interest here.
3. Location based on crowd - Upstairs in the Well would be good.
4. Book it.
