Another one to upset Tube with my amarillo.
DoubleD IPA, just started on the keg, lovely stuff.

Pale Ale Malt 5000
Wheat Malt      500
     
Apollo @ 60min 25
Amarillo @ 60min 10
Amarillo @ 30min 10
Amarillo @ 20min 10
Amarillo @ 10min 10
Amarillo @ 0min 10
     
Whirlfloc @ 15min
pH 5.2 Mash Stabiliser
WLP051 Ale yeast
     
Original Gravity      1054
Final Gravity       1009

Amarillo is a beaut all right, got none last year :'(

I'll do a bottle from the keg. Will be from tap since you have my gun.
Why would you want a tap water sample?
Sure it is my brewing skill......
