I have visions about Shanna going out to the barrel in the middle of the night, rubbing it calling it "My PreciouS"

Looking good! Do you have wifi reception out there?

Not sure if the wifi will reach from the house but It should be possible to get a 3G signal out there.

Have visions of sleep walking out to the shed to check the barrel is ok.

Just confirmed both the Wifi and my daughters baby monitor work from the shed.  Got to love strong radio signals.  :-)

I have a full writeup on it.

That method is too expensive and requires a computer to be running 24/7. I'm looking at cheaper solutions that don't need a PC.

My first batch is done. Fairly big loss to hops and I was using mostly pellets! Be careful... :)

I think I'm going to have a fairly big loss in my capital brew. I'm down to 22L in the boil with the pellets yet to come out... :o
