I made the red ale with a lager yeast. It's my first ever attempt at a lager and it came out OK but if anyone with more experience of lagering wants to critique it, I'd appreciate the feedback.

Also, I accidentally bought 2kg of whole vienna malt. I don't own a mill so I'll give it away for free to anyone who wants it. Mention here if you'd like it, I won't cart it in to town unless there's a taker.
