Title: Good yeast for an IPA?
Post by: Water_Wolf on September 17, 2019, 11:25:58 PM
Simple question, what do you think the best yeast (easily available in Ireland) is for a fruity IPA? London Fog seems to be a popular one, any others? How about the kviek yeasts (I've used Odin/Arset but not on an IPA)?

Hard to say, there's so many: London Ale III, WHC Sanders, WHC FruitBowl. I've had good results with all of those.
