This was based on my pasturised juice (see the gold recipe for full details) to which I added 30 ml of elderflower syrup I made in the spring.

Reading the comments 30 ml was a bit too much elderflower should have used maybe 10 ml and a bit of sugar syrup.
Remember: The Nationals are just round the corner - time to get brewing
