Photo of the class will appear on the BJCP website. Anyone have any issues with their name being included in the annotation?

I would love to do that when the next round starts

Tom

You may put me down for a re-sit!

Aye, unless a miracle happens +1 for me

BTW: What about September?

RDS beer gig:

Very good chance Ali and the Welsh guys will be over (I know they want to come to the RDS).

Also by then we should have Scott (Poland (and Liffey Valley honoury judge)) available as a National!

Worth registering at least ??

Oh and btw - next time lets have some beers that fit the BJCP recomendations ::)

As in there was no 45 and no 13!!

There was a 45 and a 13! Didn't you spot them  :P
Of course I did. Plus a few other peeps!!

Pity that Ali and Gordon ( Inexperienced if you ask me  O0 ) didn't

Does that mean there's likely to be a tasting exam here in September?

Ciderhead

Er post #2, I don't know what your drinking but could we all have some ;)

mr hoppy

Oops, I guess I didn't go far back enough in the recent posts  :-[.

Fair play anyway.

Dunkel

Well, I spotted the 13, and scored it so - pity Gordo gave it a 28 or something  :-[

johnrm

I think he scored it 22. A bit generous?

I had 2 x 13's until I realised my off Belgian was the Brown ale.  :o
Thankfully there was a spare glass of Belgian and I got a few minutes to redo it.

As part of my role as International Coordinator for the BJCP, I've set up a UK and Ireland BJCP group on Facebook. The idea is that it will provide a broad forum for discussion within judges and those planning on taking the exam.

You can find it here - https://www.facebook.com/groups/445603758903154/445621018901428/?comment_id=445624402234423&notif_t=group_comment

Excellent News.

Many Thanks Ali.

So not being very FB literate:

I follow the link and click on Join Group and then wait for a welcome from you?

Have just registered the NCB comp and received the organiser pack!

Gues what: One of the spread sheets is "Provisional Judges" and we are all there. So at least something has happened in the BJCP re. The exam

They said 2-3 months for the results, didn't they? Which should mean we hear in the next couple of weeks. But I'm not holding my breath ...  ;)
