so after 10 days the krausen is finally gone  . I took a gravity reading and it was 1.10 (seem to be getting that number a lot ) and also dry hopped with another 25g of Cascade, tasted the sample I took and it is nice and hoppy with a little bit of fruity taste to it  . so another 4/5 days and I will bottle it all up

1.100 is a bit high alright You're going the wrong way...

But it all sounds good, and it should be a great beer.

bottled my brew today, OG 1038 - FV 1004  so an ABV around 5%.

looks a little darker than the first coopers aus pale ale i made in November.

had a little taste and it seemed ok.

useed the drops in 20 btls then primed 8 btls with brown sugar and 12 btls with white sugar.
