How many off flavours is there?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding this but if we're doing 24 different off flavours in one go it's going to be very hard to remember any of them.

That's pretty much the one.
The kit I have has 24.
1 or 2 differ.
We could split it over 2 sessions if that's what the people want...

We may well split this into 2 sessions.
We will see how we go on the night, I don't want to rush anyone.
If a second night is required I am incloned to do it sooner than later, we will agree this on the night.

First task on the night is to empty the barrel, then down to the tasting.
We will have 2 syphons, so emptying should not take very long.
Make sure you bring buckets/Kegs!

For the tasting, please bring a notebook/paper and pens.
The order will be random and the off-flavours will not be announced.
Once everyone is happy that they have it or not - We announce and discuss.
