Just a quick note on WLP400 if you're using it for this. Put on a 1L starter last night to startup the yeast in a 2L vessal. This morning, even on a stirplate, there was a full kreustan trying to poke it's head out the top. I've put it all in a tub now in case it keeps spilling out, but keep an eye on it if you're growing it near anything you don't want covered in yeast

Reading online, it looks like this yeast is notorious for big foamy kreustan and not dropping for ages.
