Less than a week to go and things are shaping up well! We're not taking anymore sign ups from this point onwards. Sorry if you're missing this one, hopefully we'll see you at a future capital potluck!

Just want to remind everyone of the following bit and pieces of info that were discussed on the whatsapp group

1. If anyone has a food allergy, please let us know in advance.

2. For those of you who've been wondering about how much food to cook;
- There are 25 attendees
- If you're serving a  snack/starter/side dish, aim for 1 portion per person
- If you're planning to serve a large pot/main course/joint of meat aim for 10 adult sized portions

3. Beer/food/equipment can be delivered beween 8pm-10pm on Thursday and/or Friday.  If you're not able to drop stuff off within either of these slots, please let me know and I'll try to make another arrangment with you.


4. To cover the cost of charcoal, glasses, plates, cutlery, napkins etc. I'm asking everyone to chip in €3 each. I'll add a paypal link to the whatsapp group during the week

I want to get a final tally of numbers fairly soon as I'll be ordering disposable catering supplies etc. next week. I found some polycarbonate "glassware" which should be an improvment on those regular plastic cups. I'll set up a paypal donation link in order to cover the cost of the glasses, charcoal, plates, cutlery etc. It'll probably work out to €2-3 per person, nothing too extravagant.
