Title: Mangrove Jacks M21 Belgian Wit
Post by: banjobrew on August 20, 2017, 08:28:09 PM
I've just used the above yeast at 24C and it has reached FG in 2 days.

OG 1.038
FG 1.009

How long would you give it before kegging?

Thanks.

I've kegged after a week with this yeast. Reached FG pretty quick but still needs a few days to clear up and drop a bit clearer.

At the other extreme, I left it for 7 weeks because I kept having to postpone bottling.

For a target FG of 1.012, it chewed down to 1.005 (two points of that after the first 3 weeks - seems to never stop working) and dropped super-bright.

??? Next time someone posts "I've got a BBQ next weekend, what can I brew?"
