Title: Lallemand Voss Kveik

Anyone any experience using this yeast? I've only one pack so what max og should I aim for using just the one sachet? I'll harvest it after that to use for bigger beers

I suppose it makes sense to release a dried kviek yeast, but it just doesn't feel right, somehow!

I dried some kveik slurry a while back and stuck it in the freezer. Used a teaspoon of it in a black IPA on Thursday, its finished fermenting today! Less is more with this stuff. It likes the higher gravity beers too, so one pack will be more than enough I'd say.
