You know those casual meandering conversations over teabreak that touch off everything from 'I went up Carrauntoohil once...' to 'Did you see the game last night?...' to 'My dad used to make a wicked Ginger beer!'?
Well, a year and a half ago, the last utterance stirred up some interest an got a bunch of lads at work including myself into acquiring all the bits to cook up a brew.
Having bottled a few kits to start, I moved along to kegging and AG brewing fairly quickly and don't look back.
