Will it carry over smokey flavours to the next batch of beer? I used 2kg of smoked malt

You should be good, the smokiness  comes from the malt, not the yeast.

I would imagine the flavour will carry over ever so slightly.
Depending on what it is being used again in, it mightnt be as noticeable, like a stout or something.
The yeast cell's can take over colour, bitterness and the likes from the previous batch depending on how well it is washed.

Next brew with that yeast will be a Mild so a wee bit of smokiness wouldn't be a bad thing
