Cool! For beery brewy thingies you wont go wrong. Dublin may be the Capital, Cork may think its the Real Capital! Limerick the Culture Capital, Galway the Social Capital.  and North Tipp is in the middle of .....Everywhere!

I'm from Tipp (Roscrea) but living in London.

Will attest that it is hard work getting good sauce when I am at home. Can get white gypsy in the local offy, and the big supermarkets can carry o Haras/8 degrees etc. But thats about it.

Not the same thing as cruising the Bermondsey Beer Mile on a saturday.

I live just outside Borrisoleigh and being brewing a few years along with my brother who lives in Dublin but comes down some weekends so we have get together for brew days

Deadly, do you drink in Finns at all?
We're having another brew day on Sunday week if you fancy popping over to Thurles for it?

I might be working that sunday  I have drank there a few times and i have visited the White Gypsy brewery last year great guy that owns it. We have the Ruby ale in my local in Kennedys Upperchurch also so i drink that whenever i go out.
