St Petersburg Clone

Brewed this up yesterday, first brew after our new arrival (where's the eyes hanging out of the head tired emoticon?!). Was trying to get something like Thornbridges St Petersburg. Hit all my numbers, but am definitely getting a hop spider 'cause two hour run offs are a pain!

Need to get you out to the south dublin meets for a wee Clonmel reunion brew off next :D
