Anyone take a guess at what variety of apples these are?

The three on the left I *think* are all the same. They go fairly red on the side that faces the sun and are fairly sweet and pleasant to eat. They're NOT Coxes Pippins, but look quite similar, but are probably nor as sweet. They have a dull skin.

The one on the right is green, hard and fairly bitter. I could eat a full one but the bitterness is probably too much to finish it. A lot of these apples seem to have an "outy"... where the stalk comes out reminds me of a child's outy belly button. The skin is slightly more shiny than the others but not hugely so.

These came from well established trees, probably over 100 years old.
