After some chats at the competition last weekend, it was suggested we might push out the date of the next meet.

There's going to be a few NHC medal winners at this meet, so hope to see you there. All welcome!

Also, for educational purposes, I have a disaster of a robust porter that I can bring along if people are interested in doing any off flavour tasting, along with the scoresheet from the nationals to see if we can pick them out.Entered it without tasting :D

Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter

Holy moley! Some delicious sounding beers and ciders there lads, looking forward to Thursday!

Ronan, would love a taste of that cyser if possible - my own is too young at this stage. Should be ready by 2017...

Don't you go from 18 to 28 for the fermentation anyway? Will tell us about my temp control at the meet. Been a bit of a saga recently
