Might be able to come out with the citra apa all grain I made. Would be interesting to get critique on the first all grain batch.

Bottling tomorrow so will know more then.

Three beers made since December but none drinkable yet. Also planned to remain on the dry till February so will unfortunately give this one a miss. December was great craic but the hard work starts now to get fit again & part of this will be a bit of abstinence

Also will put me in the credit for the Altech & Home Brew competition in February & March.

Over a year off struggling with a leg injury, followed by 5 months physio that is only coming good now. Will power nothing I just overdid it over XMas so it was more of a rest
