Conor here. Just signed up. I recognise many usernames from Jim's and Beoir and I even met a couple of you at the festival in the RDS last September.
Been brewing since 2010 and I've been doing mini-mashes for the last year with some nice results. I'm hoping to take things to the next level in 2013 with BIAB/AG, but I'm pretty restricted on both time and storage space right now.
I've been neglecting my usual American pale ales of late by doing an Irish Red and a Robust Porter, some of which I dosed with vanilla-infused bourbon. Fingers crossed on that one.
Hope to see you at a meetup in the near future.
