I recently bottle up a St Peter's Cream Stout,MJ Lord Finster Best Bitter,MJ Great redeemer Old Ale.The two MJ beers are bottled about a week and the St Peters about two weeks,they are carbing up because i did test one of each but how long would they take to condition properly ? They had a distinctly green taste when i tested them,by green i mean too young yet for supping. ;D
hi how did the beer get on , i see you were doing an extract ive done 2 full extract and left for 2 weeks in bottles but tasye seems a little off
