New member from East Meath here. Been brewing for a bit over a year now, took up fermenting things during the covid times and have settled on beer now as my favourite!
Mainly took it up to try and replicate some of the classic styles and have been having a ball trying different ingredients, techniques and kit. Have been doing all grain since the start and have used a lot of info from here to help me along the way. Luckily I put most of my money into fermentation temp control early on which has been a massive help.
Looking forward to getting a chance to attend some meetups in the future!

Hi helmet, I'm in Mornington. Nice to hear there are a few people brewing out this way, Wee County is probably the closest so if there's room for me it'd be great! Also easiest to get to without having to drive :P
