I am trying to find a good source for unmalted barley as want to malt my own. Does anyone know a good source in Limerick area where I can get good quality barley for malting?
Health food shops I think stock some.
Thanks for the reply Dempsey. I have tried a few health food stores but all they seam to have is pearled barley which won't work for malting. I need whole barley with hulls intact.
