Title: Summer Session Beer competition
Post by: halite on July 30, 2013, 10:09:05 AM
Hi All, We probably need to be running our own club competition for this in September and then deciding what beers we are putting forward for the national competition. We could do this in conjunction with a meet up in late September.

If it is a hoppy beer the flavour will have declined slightly while the aroma will have dissipated a fair bit in that time. Other than that it will be fine though!

Tried another tester, 2 weeks in bottle so far.

Quite hoppy at the moment vs maltiness (not US pale ale hoppy, but for UK style) so should balance out nicely/hopefully.
