just saying hello. I think I already met some folk off here at the beer tasting club a couple of weeks ago in the hudson.
So far myself and a couple of buddys from work have got through 7 or 8 kits and have made the move to steeping grains and doing the hop boils etc etc. We're looking to make the move to all grain pretty soon and are planning on getting a keg based system built for this in the next few weeks.
Maybe catch some of you at the beer festival in the ulster hall if not before.
Are you from the midlands per chance? Haven't heard anyone over here saying Ay up!
Sounds good! What kits have you made? We're planning a Homebrew tasting night on the 15th November if you're free.
