I know it's really short notice!
Anyone got any spare beer yeast knocking around? s-04 or us-05 but considering anything at this stage.
Big brew tomorrow and I have enough for one FV, not enough for the other and I'm thinking its too late to grow :(
Paddy. Only seeing this now so probably too late. I've got some harvested 05 in the fridge. Only used 2 weeks ago so might not even need a starter, if you're willing to chance it?
Other than that, I've a spare pack of Notty, if that's any use?

Fortunately I found a jar of harvested 05 in the back of the fridge myself. Well hopefully 'fortunately' as it remains to be seen wither it takes off!
