Title: What's Brewing
Post by: BrewBilly on December 06, 2014, 06:10:00 PM
Thought Id start this one and find out what everyone was brewing?

I brewed a Robust Porter last weekend (see my post on stout/porter recipes) but already itching for my next brew to start conditioning for the summer

Cheers
Andy

Just a saison conditioning.

Been planning a stout and an apa for ages but can't seem to get the time!

An Irish red just over a week in primary. It's my first and it's an extract kit from geterbrewed.com

Drinking a modified version of the IPA we entered in Galway which has almost disappeared.  Have a Black IPA version of the same thing conditioning for crimbo which is just under two weeks away from being ready.  Would really like to find time to do an Export Stout over the holidays and maybe once that's all finished fermenting, I'd like to try a first attempt at an Imperial Stout.  Just not sure about the mash tun space for an imperial though.
