Hi everyone,

I'm Jonny. About a month ago me and five other guys launched a project on Kickstarter (http://kck.st/1b2e7xb) called Brewbot. It's a self-contained, self-monitoring brewing appliance that is controlled and monitored by a smartphone. It's primarily aimed at amateurs, pubs and restaurants that want to break into craft beers, technology companies and start-ups, and breweries that want to run pilot brews of new beers.

We are 92% of the way towards our target and the campaign will be ending on Tuesday. We'll be taking Brewbot along to the Hudson Bar whether we meet the target or not and it would be great to see you there to chat over a pint! Here's a link to the Facebook event: https://www.facebook.com/events/523958761029488/

We are edging ever closer to sex robots, who pretend to like stuff you like :)
Whatever it is, I'm against it.

Yeah Johnny - congratulations to you and Chris on making your target!

I heard you guys were recently on a US Road Trip visiting craft brewers. Care to share some of your experiences?

A very pretty piece of kit. Hopefully a few bars in town pick one up

Thanks very much for all the support, guys. We hit our target on Friday. We're over the moon! It would be great to get everyone in a room at some point to show you how Brewbot works.

Yeah, we were in Portland, Oregon and San Francisco. We visited a lot of breweries, we stopped by Ninkasi, Hopworks Urban, Deschutes, Cascade, Hair of the Dog, Green Dragon, Anchor and a few others. We visited many tap houses and bars, including Mikkeller, Bailey's Taproom and others. We missed out getting to Russian River unfortunately.

The only brewery we actually toured was Ninkasi (http://www.ninkasibrewing.com/) and Chris had a chance to see behind-the-scenes at Anchor.
