According to BeerSmith my beer is a 9F and in the style guide their is no 9F, only 9D and 9E.
Should I put it in as a 9E?
I drive way to fast to worry about cholesterol

I made the "Wee Heavy" that is a Strong Scotch Ale I took the recipe from the BeerSmith website
