Had a rodenbach grandcru which made me real excited for my clone. Just finishing off an Orval.... Not much of a fan.

What clone did you try?

Just got this Jeff Sparrow recipe on last month so hoping to have something ready for Xmas.

BYO - Flanders Red

Sorry Sub didn't see this. I brewed jamil zainasheff's clone. I'm fermenting it in a plastic bucket for 6 months like he recommended, speed up the souring process.

In the offie in Buncrana, bargain!

Which offie is this? I should be down tomorrow.
Sorry I'm only getting back to you now. It's Gill's beside the Drift Inn. The father in law got me a rake of them a few weeks back when they were 4 for a tenner. They're on the go for 3 quid each now ibelieve.

irish_goat

I figured it would have been Gills. Went to Aldi and stocked up on O'Shea's anyway.  :)

DEMPSEY

Wetting the throat with some Innis & Gunn as I type. Was having some nice home brewed Belgium's last night that were top notch :)

Cloughmore dark water stout.. Really good stuff .. Never had this before

Qs

Had the Brown Paper Bag Black Coffee IPA last night. Wasn't great, way too roasty and too much coffee. No idea why they're calling it a black IPA, nothing IPAish about it.

beanstalk

Just got this in tesco. A ginger beer called 'ginger grouse...look at the ingredients! :(

That's from down in my neck of the woods! Well where I was brought up. Their heather ale is class.

I'm having a hobgoblin gold. Perfect hoppiness.
