On the left you connect the co2 and it flows into the cross and down into the bottle via the 10mm short pipe at the top of the bottle, pressurizing it. Close left valve and open fully right valve and all the co2 ans air will escape. Close right valve and open left valve to re-pressurize the bottle and when done so,close left valve. Open top valve and allow beer to flow into bottle via the 6mm pipe filling from the bottom up,while this is doing so crack open the right valve to allow the build up of pressure to bleed off. When it has done so remove the bottler spear and cap the beer while it is foaming.

Looks great! How much did it cost to buy all the parts?

Rig for dive.
Check the gun access hatch.
Clear the bridge.
Dive, dive, dive.
Pressure in the boat, green board.
Six five feet.
Open bulkhead flappers and start the ventilation.
One-third trim, niner ze-ro feet, two degree up bubble.

I bought a blichman a couple of years back in the US but wish i had waited to make something like that as I'd have 10 times the fun filling my bottles :)

DEMPSEY

I remember Bond, James Bond, and how he had a gun that he assembled from a pen and such. It got me thinking I could build secret weapons too,but then I was only a nipper.
So from Dempsey, Brian Dempsey, I give you the latest weapon of choice. :D

Any chance you would put together a list of instructions and parts needed for assembling this?

will have it tested and then I will put together a wiki on it and where to source parts.

I am also thinking about a proper CP filling system. The Blickman uses a press button type valve to squirt in the gas ( similar valve to a tyre inflator ) or a blow-down gun ( used on an airline to clean machinery etc. )

If any knows of a brass bodied, inline press to flow valve like on the Blickman please let me kown as I believe I can seriously reduce the number of valves and the manual operations to fill the bottle.

I maybe "could" re-engineer the Blickman but at that stupid price??

It should cost about €30 for the basic bits of plumbing!!

Btw. have u seen THAT ONE ? Looks simple enough and it's cheap. Unfortunately delivery cost is $42.75 for 1, but it's $67.27 for 5 of them or $89.82 for 10 ...

Jacob

QuoteDon't forget 6% excise duty, and 23% VAT on everything.

Sound like 75e ... still looks like a good offer.

DEMPSEY

Similar to the prototype I have put together, however because the co2 and the beer share the same pipe, you will need to clear the pipe of beer every time you want to fill another bottle. :'(
