On the subject of hops, I've just placed an order with GEB and asked them to include the hops we requested for review:

Styrian Aurora
Styrian Bobek
Styrian Cardinal
Styrian Wolf

We can have a chat at the meet about what we want to do with them, or how we want to divvy them out.

Right, just off the phone to Spoons confirming numbers. They're going to reserve the usual space in the upstairs bar from 8pm onwards for 10-12 souls. This could be our biggest meet in a while. Must be to do with our esteemed guests 

My GEB order arrived yesterday so I'll bring along the Slovenian hops for us to divvy out. They're in 50g bags, which is handy.

CH, just be warned, I  was in there 2 weeks ago for lunch and pretty much every ale was off apart from Doombar and a handful of seasonals they've been trying to empty since November. Rudolph's Arse all round, then

Youll just know...

Usually 3 telltale signs: beards, rattly back packs and general shiftiness.
Tables should be marked as reserved for Belfast Homebrewers.

Good to hear. They can be quite thin early Jan. Last year they ran out of rice and poppadums for the curry club one lunchtime!
