Raw Material & Wort Processing
Fluids & Heat
Spirit Production
Distillation Plant Design

FYI, This Semester starts Tuesday 12th Sept 2017

They forgot about modules 7-33: Cleaning

They will go through CIP and brewery setup.
Energy recovery, efficiency also.
Visits to Heino and MCI (possibly IDL in Midleton?)
