Home brew wedn.... Saturday

So took my new 3 vessel system for a test flight today.



5.21kg of crisp extra pale Maris otter
230g of crisp cara gold malt
30g fuggles hop
Us-05 yeast.

Blonde from the brewing classic styles book, with fuggles subbed in. Made all sorts of mistakes, but sure isn't that part of the fun.

My OG was .007 out from where beer smith said it would be, the beer in the boiler looked very very dark, worryingly dark, but it looks ok in the hydrometer. See how it fairs in a couple of weeks.
