Sending on what i have to Tube tomorrow, have mainly mini ones 15mm ( Ive used them on 1ltres of water and they create a vortex no bother ) and a maybe 10 60mm (used to stir 10L! i really dont think you need 60mm for 300-500ml you can always turn up your stir speed
