Decent wee night in the Hudson there. Good food and good company.

Keith - that cider will be nicely matured for the next meet. Looking forward.

Hudson - Lovely food. The Fubar was decent too. Sweet!

By tonight's chat it looks like a late Jan or Feb wort cooler build day could be on the cards.

Great time last night, good to see you all again.

The brew went ok, finished up at 2345 so not to bad - cleaning up as you go along. Had a boiler over at one point, otherwise uneventful.

Barry - I might sneak a wee bottle of the cider this weekend, hopefully it's not vinegar or White Lightning lol

Andy - I quickly read that as 2345 OG and thought, that's gonna be a head wrecker lol!

I'll keep you all posted on the possibility of a wort chiller build day.

Didn't see it and I can usually spot a bottle of kernel from a mile off!

Let us know if they do - that'll be class when they get those in! I've been really enjoying the partizan saisons recently.
