Excellent. That' a great wee recipe.

What yeast did you use? I've done it with Wyeast 1968 (Fullers strain), S-04 and Mauri-ale yeast and the Mauri was the easy winner. Far better flavour, really brought out the roasted malt. Probably going to be my next brew, the TTL. Styrians are a brilliant hop.
