How much chocolate (coco)

I am hoping to do a chocolate stout in the next few weeks and am looking to add some coco (chocolate) to give more of a chocolate flavor. In radical brewing Mosher says that this will lose its flavor and you need to add a fair bit. He does not say how much you should add. Has anyone added chocolate like this to there beer before and if so how much should I be thinking of adding. 100g maybe???

Thanks Blueshed. There are 2 receipes each with massively varying amounts of chocolate. I will start with a small amount and see how it goes from there.

I kept my addition low as I'd read that the fat content of cocoa can ruin the head retention. I would've said there wasn't a significant cocoa flavour in the final beer.

Just got my scoresheets - they report the cocoa flavour coming through on finish but not overpowering the malt!

Hopefully you can use this as a benchmark!
