Hello All
Just a quick couple of lines to say hello
I'm Paddy from Ratoath. Started brewing a couple of months ago, with a blonde ale from the Irish Craft Beer collection (I think that was the name of it)
It was OK, made a mess of my temperatures (I think) and the beer ended up being quite flat, and if I'm honest, not very beery
Anyway I've 2 upcoming brews - an IPA and a Munton's Mexican beer so any advice is welcome
