SO:

What to do with M.M.M.M ? ?

This is a commercial kettle finning like Whirfloc on Steroids!

How to Use:

The dose rate is 1 to 20,000 so for a 20 litre brew its One gram ( 25L is 1.25g etc.)

Measure out 1 gm and rehydrate in a small amount of warm water for 1 hour

Add this to the kettle about 15 mins before flame out.

This stuff is awesome.

You each have more than 30 gms so thats 30 brews!

Also for the newbees the 50 ml vials are what we have GB'd in the past and use for yeast storage and also slanting.

used it today, although I just chucked it in. Boiler emptied lovely, sometimes trub can clog my filter, but I guess it settled very well below the filter.It did smell a bit seaweedy when I chucked it in but theres no evidence of any smell or taste in the wort. I used .8g for 16 litres. 
Interested in trying it in a weissbeer. Did one yesterday using protofloc and it took an age to settle out.

I had a baggie of this but mislaid it :-(
That said, my past few beers have been remarkably clear without any finings.
