Given I'm based in Belfast now it is probably best I ask here..

Is anybody using a fermentation fridge and if so where did you source it? Ideally I'm looking for a freebie and undercounter.

Best advice is to gumtree it mate. Either that or wait outside your local dump til someone is disposing of an old fridge.

Yeah i've been scoping Gumtree but to be honest I'm not willing to go much more than 20/30 quid.

On the off chance, does anyone know the approx size of a 33 litre fermenter? What is the minimum size I can get away with given I have to leave space for the aquarium heater too? I'm avoiding fridges that have a freezer box.

Try free cycle. I saw one or two on there the other week. And as it says all the stuff is free.

I have this I am going to get rid of if your interested.  Clean enough and fridge still works
