Brewday Hudson 20th April. What to make?

Hoping a few weeks will even out the toastiness in the IPA, leave for a few weeks and find out.

Golden Ale think we're gonna use Marris and Caramunich and gonna have our first adventure with torrified wheat!

Hop wise we're going for some new World ones...Dr Rudi, Pacifica and Kohatu

Incidentally...started using BrewToad to plot out recipes, pretty good little tool, also gives style profiles if your looking to conform specifically

Bottled ours over the weekend - see what you mean about the bitterness. You reckon it'll mellow?
