Ok folks to get juice that has won the last 3 Nationals and or placed second or third or both for the last three comps this is where you convert your interest into a commitment.

Remember we are working to an interested parties list first, if you are are member and want to participate please put your name down on the reserve list below as all that registered their interest may not wish to follow through.
I will order from this list around the 25th so you have just under 3 weeks to convert from interested party to name below.

What do I get?
The juice will be pressed the afternoon before and chilled in a coldroom, then delivered to your door within 12 hours in a 25L plastic drum, which is critical with fresh juice, last years had loads of natural yeast on skins and as with the warmer weather last year some of them started to ferment just as they were delivered. You can ferment in this drum by drilling a hole in it and inserting a bubbler and bung all sanitised, not good for long term storage however!

Payment:
I looked at the costs and can't have another year where the club only made a quid on €1,800 but we have economies of scale this year help so am gonna keep the cost the same as last year
Payment is now due, this is to be paid to the NHC Paypal Account REMEMBER TO PAY THE FEES, or Bank Account, the amount per drum is €31.00 plus €0.01 per order for identification, i.e. €31.01 for one drum, €62.01 for two,  €93.01 for three drums etc the cent is the marker so Dempsey can track it through the account.

Transparency:
The club gets €1.01 so should get over a hundred this year, the drums cost €25 and the rest is 2 days LWB van hire insurance diesel tolls etc, if there is a surplus it will go to the club as I am transparent with Mr Demsey on costs. This year this fee will be applicable to all drums even if you want to collect it the reason being is we want to keep the costs down for everybody, I know that might sound unfair but I prefer to deliver!

I really hope all on the interested parties list follow through as this will keep the costs down for everyone and the buy will cover all costs.
