All this juice-delivery chat should be in the main forum? Let the non-members see the benefits of joining up for next year?

Wills work

OK results are in

Big thanks to John and Jacob for facilitating the NCB drop off.
When I tried to back the car up the drive the tow bar was scraping the pavement!

So for thos from Malahide collecting from me see you later.

No sign of any fermentation yet Juice tastes lovely!
Remember: The Nationals are just round the corner - time to get brewing

Jacob

Most of the NCB juice was collected already.
From 700l only 75l waiting to be picked :)
Big thanks to John!!!

Thanks Will, took a calculated guess last night that it would be in the middle range and went with two tabs per gallon.

Massive thanks to you Mr.CH for your time and effort in organising this GB and distribution.
Best apple juice in the country is safely home.
Bad day brewing is better than good day working.

molc

1.5 litre starter of wlp002 be enough for this?

magnethead

Fairplay to you John, you're an absolute gentleman for taking the trouble to organize all this....

50L of Apple Cider Vinegar being processed now.  :P

nigel_c

I got 2 lots. One was dosed with cam tablets last night and one left to do its thing naturally. Both kids were cracked before going to bed last night. Natural one was like a rugby ball this morning. It's a lovely one already.

Leann ull

Only leaving one of mine do its thing

Formula this year was dabinette, Jona gold, bramley 60 20 20

Tasting it I definitely get the the sweetness and a kick in the background from the Dabinette.

Has the making to be something special
Don't forget to save a litre for the 2017 comp

Mine are transferred into ferments,  aerated, and I pitched camden tabs and  US05 on one.
Not sure about US05, but sure we see what happens.

Thanks CH , for the epic group buy

jawalemon

Thanks to all who organised collected and distributed.

I'm thinking of using s-04 in the hope it ferments out and leaves some sweetness.

Would my Camden tablets from last year be ok to use?
