Hi, thought my 1st post should be of the drink we are all here for. Had my first taste since brewing in October, maturing nicely and tastes really nice. Cheers.

Thanks, yes it's ? bramley and pink lady, and ? confederate pears. It's my second year making cider. I stopped the fermentation early to keep more sweetness and the result is much better. Delicious.
