Looking to hold an brewday on Sat 5th Oct, I'll be doing a Brew-in-a-Bag (BIAB) for those who haven't seen one or who just want a good laugh at the non-shiny approach.
I'm still working on what to brew yet, maybe a Kölsch or a Vienna, open to suggestions - step mash with a STC1000?.
You're more than welcome to drop over anytime after 12.
Let us know if you interested, so I'll know how many 'hang sangwiches & cups of tae' to put on.
